Monterey Club® Return Policy

Monterey Club® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the details of our Return Policy below.

While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Requesting a Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA#). RA#(s) expire 30 days after the date of issuance. Item(s) returned after that timeframe will not be accepted. Please note the following procedure:
  1.    To request a RA# for an item, you may do one of the following:
             ♦ Login to our website at; click Return Request Form, and submit your request
             ♦ E-mail our Return Department at
             ♦ Fax the request to 626-401-9188, attention to Return Department
  2.     Once processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your RA# and instructions on how to return your item(s) back to our facility.
  3.     Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

Return Shipping Methods

For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as:
          ♦ UPS®
          ♦ Federal Express®
          ♦ USPS®
Please be sure to keep your receipt. Monterey Club® cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Terms and Conditions

Non-Logo items

         Non-Logo item(s) returned will only receive credit to your account.
         Non-logo items shipped after 60 days are not returnable.
         If you would like to replace the item(s) you have returned, please place a new order.

The following WILL NOT be accepted for return:

          ♦ Item(s) evidencing excessive wear or misuse.
          ♦ Item(s) that have been washed or laundered.
          ♦ Item(s) that have been altered or embroidered.
          ♦ Hemmed/altered bottoms will not be accepted.
          ♦ Item(s) shipped after 60 days.
          ♦ All promo priced items are final sale. No return, exchange or refund.

Restocking Fee
Returns for non-logo, unused, unaltered merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking fee for returns after 30 days from invoice date.

Logo items
Due to custom embroidery, logo returns are subject to strict guidelines.

The following WILL NOT be accepted for logo-return:

          ♦ Orders approved thru logo confirmation
          ♦ Order(s) that followed logo instructions
          ♦ Changed mind, and/or not as expected
          ♦ Tournament or event leftovers

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

All of our products are warranted to withstand your normal wear and tear. But occasionally, functional defects may occur. Upon receiving your return, if Monterey Club® determines in its sole discretion the defective item(s) can be restored, we will fix and return the item(s) back to you. Free of charge.

If Monterey Club® determines the item(s) returned have material or workmanship flaws that cannot be corrected, you will receive a refund for the price of the item(s).

Products exceeding 1 year from the original shipping date will not be warranted for defects and are not returnable.

Shipping and handling costs are refunded for defective, damaged or mis-shipped item(s) only. For all other item(s), shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you choose to return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
