  Embroidery —Minimum/Lead Time  
    Order Minimum: 12 pieces minimum. No Exception.
New Logo Lead Time: 10 – 15 Business days from artwork receipt
Repeat Logo Lead Time: 4 – 10 Business days from logo approval date 		 
  Embroidery —New Logo/Standard Logo and Size Limitations/Special Size Logo            
New Logo (one time fee)		  
    Tape Charge : $25 per 1000 stitches (disk remain property of A.M. Player)
                  e.g. A logo with 4000 stitches = $25 x 4 = $100
Purchase Copy of Tape: $35 per logo
                  (additional copies or forwards are considered as additional purchases)

    Application Charge = $6.00 per piece (up to 20,000 stitches)
Additional stitches above 20,000= $0.30 per 1000 stitches
Size cannot exceed = 9" X 9"		  
  Embroidery —Logo Application Charge per Garment  
    Stitches under 7000 and within 6 thread colors = $ 2.50 per garment
Stitches above 7000 = additional $0.30 per 1000 stitches
   e.g. A piece of garment with a logo of 8000 stitches = 2.50 + 0.30 = $2.80 (additional)
Thread color over 6 colors = additional $0.30 per color
Using Metallic Thread Color = $5 per garment up to 7000 stitches
                                              =additional $0.60 per 1000 stitches when over 7000 stitches
 
  Embroidery —Logo Application Charge per Headwear  
    Stitches under 6000 = $1.75 per piece
Stitches above 6000 = additional $0.30 per 1000 Stitches		  
  Embroidery —Modified Logo  
    TAPE CHARGE: $40
DIFINITION OF MODIFICATION:
1. Minor Modification changes (e.g. Fonts) applied to an existing logo.
2. Size reduction or enlargement with a limitation variance of 10% of original artwork. 		 
  Embroidery —Complimentary Tape Charge & Free Logo Policy  
   

COMPLIMENTARY TAPE CHARGE —Tape Charge Waived
(The disk shall remain the property of A.M.Player)
Garments:   1. Order Minimum = 12 PCS (excludes accessories)
                  2. Logo stitches waived up to 7000 stitches Additional stitches above 7000
                      = $25 per 1000 stitches
Accessories: 1. Order Minimum = 72 PCS
                  2. Logo Stitches waived up to 6000 stitches Additional stitches above 6000
                      = $25 per 1000 stitches
Luggage Tag: 1. Order Minimum = 500 PCS
                  2. Logo Stitches waived up to 6000 stitches Additional stitches above 6000
                      = $25 per 1000 stitches
FREE LOGO POLICY (COMPANY LOGO)
                  1. Order minimum = 12 PCS
                  2. Thread colors are picked by A.M. Player and color coordinated
                  3. Refer to current list for updated free logo offering.
